Notification No:RBI Corrigendum G S R 797(E) RB
In the Notification No. FEMA.106/2003-RB dated October 27,2003 of Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Central Office published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-¬section (i) vide G.S.R. 899(E) dated November 22, 2003, the following shall be added at the end.
Foot Note: The Principal regulations were published in the Official Gazette vide No. G.S.R. 406 (E) dated May 8, 2000 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) and subsequently amended vide No. G.S.R. 158(E) dated March 2, 2001, No. GSR 175(E) dated March 13, 2001, No. GSR 182(E) dated March 14, 2001, No. GSR 4(E) dated January 2, 2002, No. G.S.R 574(E) No. 558(E) dated July 22, 2003 and No. G.S.R 835(E) dated October 23, 2003.
That as rectified and modified as aforesaid, the Principal Regulations shall remain in full force and effect.
